USA Connect, Inc. teams with the city of Santa Ana to Donate $6 million in Prepaid-USA Visa® Incentive Cards to 20,000 impoverished Families
Santa Ana, CA, 12/15/21—It’s not often that a city official shows up at your front door bearing gifts, but for 20,000 families in the Santa Ana area, that’s exactly what is happening during the month of December.
As part of the Revive Santa Ana Resident Stimulus Program, the city tapped USA Connect Inc, located in Corona and one of the nation’s leading prepaid Visa card providers, to create prepaid cards worth $6 million dollars for Santa Ana renters in the city’s impoverished areas.
“We’ve developed and managed over 10,000 reward card programs using PrePaid-USA Visa Incentive Cards,” said USA Connect President Dolly Oza,” but I must admit this was one of the most satisfying ever. After the devastation of COVID 19, families need help more than ever. That’s why we’re so delighted to work with the city on this project.”
“I especially love that the cards are being distributed personally by city staff door to door,” said Oza. “It’s such a personal touch that is typical of the way Santa Ana treats its residents. Imagine a knock at the door and someone from the city is handing you $300. There are lots of happy families all over Santa Ana this Holiday Season.”

For other cities looking to use PrePaid-USA Visa Incentive Cards in similar programs, Oza and CEO, Lee Nydell offered to share their experience with Santa Ana as a way to shortcut the process. “As a premiere licensed provider of Visa Pre-paid cards, we have the systems in place that can save cities lots of time and hassle.
The company offers PrePaid-USA Visa Incentive Cards in denominations from $5 to $1000, in virtually any quantity. The cards are accepted at millions of businesses in the US, making it easy for recipients to spend the cards at restaurants, stores and online facilities.
“Imagine the boon this project represents for local Santa Ana companies ,” Oza concluded. “Six million dollars that will be spent locally, and most of it likely before Christmas. This is indeed a great holiday gift for the residents and businesses of Santa Ana.”
This card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
