| Paper Statement Fee | $2.50 | You may access your available balance by accessing your Card Account online at www.prepaid-usa.com. Statements in electronic format will be made available at no charge during each month in which a transaction occurs. You will not automatically receive paper statements. You may choose to have a paper statement mailed to you by selecting this option. By selecting this option, a $2.50 charge per paper statement mailed will be applied to your card. There is no charge for online access. The fee would be identified as “Statement Fee” |
