Victor is a veteran of the banking and compliance industry with over 12 years’ experience. Victor comes to USA Connect from MUFG Union Bank, N.A where he served as the Issues Management Lead overseeing 10 out of 16 bank divisions. Previous to Victor’s tenure at Union Bank, Victor worked at California United Bank, where he was the FIU Supervisor. Victor earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University of Northridge and is a certified member (CAMS) of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
